Pipelinebureau is a small team that designs, installs, and runs every pipeline it takes on - end to end, in writing, with records.
How we work
§ 01We treat outbound as an operations discipline, not a growth hack. Every workflow ships with a test file and a kill-switch, every change is versioned, and every decision lands in writing. If that sounds unglamorous, it is - on purpose. It's what keeps mail landing after the novelty wears off, and it's why the sending standard reads the way it does.
The work doesn't end at install. Deliverability shifts, lists exhaust, copy fatigues, and sending infrastructure ages. The bureau's job is the running: watching the numbers, sourcing fresh prospects, iterating on what earns replies, and making the judgment calls a dashboard can't make. That's why engagements are monthly.
